In addition to coaching, consulting and growing a high producing team within Harris Consulting, Leann is also the CEO of the largest single real estate office in Oregon. In the past four years, under her direction, the Keller Williams offices has sold over $4 billion dollars in real estate. She has also recruited well over 1,000 agents for her organization and was the recipient of the Women of Influence Award for 2019 by the Portland Business Journal.
